Online/Phone Consultation
Start your migration journey with an online/phone consultation tailored to your situation.
Service Description
Online / Phone Initial Consultation – AUD $110 Our Online/Phone Initial Consultation provides personalised preliminary migration advice for both onshore and offshore clients. This remote session allows you to discuss your circumstances in detail and receive clear guidance on your visa options without the need for an in-person appointment. During your Initial Consultation (AUD $110): We take a detailed history of your situation, including location, visa status, and work/study/family background. We assess your eligibility for relevant visa pathways (e.g., student, skilled, partner/family, employer-sponsored, visitor). We explain the advantages, limitations, processing times, and general requirements of each option in plain language. We answer your specific questions regarding your circumstances, documents, and migration strategy. We outline recommended next steps so you have a clear, practical action plan moving forward. Who this is for: Onshore clients wishing to stay in Australia, extend their stay, or change visa type. Offshore clients planning a move to Australia and seeking clarity before starting the process. Individuals, couples, and families who want personalised, accurate advice rather than general online information. What to have ready: Your passport and current visa details (if applicable). Any previous visa refusal or cancellation notices. Your CV/resume, qualifications, and English test results (if available). Any specific questions or issues you wish to address. Important Note: This consultation provides professional migration advice based on the information you share. It does not include lodging a visa application, preparing documents, or guaranteeing a visa outcome.

Online / Phone Consultation Policy The Online / Phone Initial Consultation enables the practitioner to obtain relevant information about the client’s circumstances and provide preliminary advice on potential visa pathways. Advice may include general eligibility considerations, indicative processing timeframes, and recommended next steps. The consultation does not include preparation or lodgement of any visa application, detailed document review, or representation in tribunal or court matters. Lucky Dodo Migration does not offer Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) or court-related services. Consultation Duration and Fees Each consultation is up to 60 minutes and is charged at AUD $110. If the client chooses to end the session early, the full fee remains payable. Late arrival, phone issues, or connectivity delays do not extend the allotted time. Fees are payable at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling and Cancellations Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. One (1) complimentary rescheduling is permitted. Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, as well as failure to answer the call or join the online session, will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Credit of Consultation Fee If the client enters into a full-service migration agreement with Lucky Dodo Migration, the AUD $110 consultation fee will be credited toward the professional fees set out in the Service Agreement. This credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and not applicable to tribunal or court matters. Scope of Advice Advice provided during the consultation is preliminary and based solely on information disclosed by the client. No outcome can be guaranteed, as visa decisions are made exclusively by the Department of Home Affairs. The consultation does not create an ongoing client relationship unless a separate Service Agreement is signed. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Relevant documents; such as passport and visa details, CV, qualifications, English test results, and refusal or cancellation letters—should be available for reference. Lucky Dodo Migration is not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.
